Starting with architectural CGI, branding was produced to assist Knight Frank estate agents with the marketing of a Georgian style development. A print and digital brochure, website and business cards combined a targeted visual identity and a sales narrative to address key questions upfront, align with the agent process, and position the home with clear lifestyle and investment value. The resulting marketing tools supported both estate agents and prospects over the course of the purchase journey.

Marketing Oakridge, a Georgian style country residence, began with defining the prime residential audience and interpreting architectural drawings. CGI visuals converted these plans into tangible imagery, giving the audience a clear sense of scale, layout and finish. The visuals provided the foundation for a refined visual identity that echos Georgian proportion and character.
The integrated marketing suite comprises cross channel campaign assets for Knight Frank's agents to initiate valuable conversations early in the sales cycle with materials that resonate with their audience by combining product comprehension with value.
